Its founder and managing director, Cenap Kuloglu (Curriculum Vitae), learned the principles, tools and approaches of management consulting profession at McKinsey & Company in New York and Frankfurt. In 1991, he founded Kuloglu & Partner GmbH in response to the specific needs of the top management of banks, building societies, and economic development banks.
